As the years go by I have come to realize how much I neglected my skin through the years.  Using low quality moisturizers in the past left my skin oily and caused acne breakouts, so I ended up just not using any. Now, I see why it is so important to find the right products to protect your skin from the daily harsh elements we are exposed to everyday.

Sometimes items arrive in the mail just when you need them.  The day I received my sample of Tiger Balm Neck & Shoulder Rub I had a really bad sore neck.  I was so happy to see this box!  I tore it opened and applied it right away. What a relief, in just a few moments I started feeling the warming affect of the camphor and menthol working on the back of my neck and the warmth lasted for a long time.  It took no time for my neck to start loosening up and the pain was gone.

This is one of those products that catches your eye on the store shelf and gets your interest even before you realize all the benefits of its use. It looks so cute and the colors are bright and happy.

I remember making small coin sized pouches and bracelets out of gum wrappers when I was a child, Ecoist has taken that simple idea and made that project grow up into these beautiful Baguette's.

This is a great way to introduce yourself to Mineral Makeup and that's what I did.  SMM was so nice and sent me the 11 pc starter set and I have been having fun with it ever since.  I am new to Mineral Makeup and have been learning a few things along the way, Did you know your skin warms up the Minerals while it mixes with you natural oils and softens the look throughout the day? I know now.
When I first applied the makeup I thought it was way to light, but within a 1/2 hour the color blended in with my natural tones and looked great. 
The Starter Kit comes with everything you need to get started and to see what blends will work best for you.  I found that I need to mix the two foundations I picked to achieve the look I want. The eye shadows that are included looked too dark for my fair skin, but again, I'm learning, They are perfect and I enjoy the look.

I received a great package of trial sized products from All Terrain that included all four items listed above.
Insects are not a problem right now so I can't really do a good review on the Insect Repellent until this Spring, But, I can tell you what I think about the Aloe Gel Skin Relief.  This stuff is GREAT!
You know I have dry skin and winter makes it even worst.  The Aloe Gel Skin Relief feels so good going on and doesn't leave my skin greasy or oily, it absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling moisturized for a long time.  It helps protect your skin against the cold and wind and that's a big plus here in Colorado when wind chill can get way down there and your out taking care of animals.
The Hand Sanz is the first thing I make the kids use after school, I carry it in my purse to use all day long.  I've tried really hard this winter to keep from getting sick and I failed, so I am being more diligent and making sure I use the Hand Sanz wherever I go.
