Shea Butter is the oil from the nuts of wild Shea trees (Vitellaria paradoxa - also known as Butyrospermum parkii in the cosmetic industry) scattered throughout the wooded savanna of West and Central Africa. Shea Butter has been used for centuries in Africa and is completely enmeshed within the history and culture of the West African savanna. You all know I love Shea Butter and I have put this one from Alaffia on the top of my list.  It has such a light pleasant scent to it on top of all the benefits that go along with using Shea Butter.  

There is no "CURE" for Eczema, so the best anyone can do is try to relieve the breakouts.  My eczema problems have really been reduced and I have noticed that I don't need to apply "lotions" all day long to keep that moisturized feeling in my hands.  Shea Butter does wonders on dry cracked heals too.

You have to try it on your heals, I rub a bit into my heals every night and now my heals look soooooooo much better than they have in years.
