Sand Gone

 

SAND GONE is a dry body powder that, when applied to sand covered skin, removes the sand and leaves the skin soft and smooth while feeling fresh and clean.

Sand Gone comes in an attractive eight ounce jar with a screw-able lid. Within the jar is a microfiber applicator. It is extremely soft but also durable. It can be cleaned by household washers and dryers when necessary. The applicator also has a strap across it to help secure it to the user's hand as the powder is applied.

It's the end of January and I don't have much use for Sand Gone right now, but come summer I will need it all the time.  We love to go to the lake and one of my biggest peeves is having to clean the car out of all the sand that piles up on the floors and the seats.  Using Sand Gone before we get in the car is going to be such a great change and leaves me with one less cleaning job to stay atop of.
I have tried to find out exactly what Sand Gone is, but I haven't had any luck.  The jar states is is non-toxic and non-talc which is good, but what exactly is Sand Gone?
With my sample of Sand Gone I received a small bag of sand.  Following the instructions I had our 10 year old wet his foot and than step in the sand.  Buffed it as instructed with the enclosed applicator and, yep, it worked!
The soft coconut scent is fantastic and the Sand Gone leaves a soft thin layer of "?" (like I said, I don't know what it is) on your skin.
