WorldWide Fitness Fit Cords Giveaway 2 Winners Ends 2/7

Set of 3 Fit Cords Giveaway
2 Winners

All of WorldWide Fitness Products rubber tubing products are made from a layered dipping process for a longer life and a more consistent stretch. This high quality production process is a far better process than an extruded process. The dipped process of the FIT CORD™ exceeds the demand of professional use.

In addition the FIT CORD™ uses a high quality woven tubular sheath with wicking properties to not only protect the rubber cord from nics and abrasions, but to also protect the user from latex irritation and as a safety measure to protect the user from possible injury if the latex cord were to break. This has become a major concern with the use of non safety sleeved products which have resulted in many injuries.
FIT CORDS™ are available in a range of colors that relate to their stiffness or resistance. Color-coding varies between the brands but it typically as follows:

Orange (Very Light) 6-8 Pounds MAX Resistance Level
Green (Light) 12-14 Pounds MAX Resistance Level
Red (Medium) 15-17 Pounds MAX Resistance Level
Blue (Heavy) 25-27 Pounds MAX Resistance Level
Black (Very Heavy) 36-38 Pounds Max Resistance Level
Purple (Ultra Heavy) 53-55 Pounds MAX Resistance Level

You can purchase a set of 6 cords for $54.95 on the WorldWide Fitness website

WorldWide Fitness sent me a set of 3 of their Fit Cord Fitness Toners to help me get started in toning up. I am so out of shape, kids and years have piled on, along with some pounds (a lot of pounds) and I was in search of a product that was going to work for me.  I love these!
I have used other brands in the past and hated them because of the rubber cord catching my hair and pinching my skin, I also had trouble finding the right resistance level I needed.
Like many of you, I just don't have the space in my home for big exercise equipment, I can't afford to go to a gym and I hate going out for walks in this cold weather, so what to do?  Use Fit Cords. The use of resistance cords can work every part of your body and they don't take up any room at all.
WorldWide Fitness has some great animated Examples of Exercises you can do with the Fit Cords to get you started with your exercise routine.

I was sent the Green, Red and Blue cords which I find to be the perfect combination for me.  I'm not ready to use the Blue yet, I'm too weak! But, I'll work on that! I have been using the Green,12-14 Pounds MAX Resistance Level, for my arms and the Red, 15-17 Pounds MAX Resistance Level, for my legs.  I am getting a great workout and have high hopes this will get me toned up in no time.

WorldWide Fitness also sent me additional sets to share with
TWO of my readers!!!!!
